@BP-uk OK, found it myself and it works. if you click on the latest product (mine was a powerline adapter) as if you were investigating to buy it, there are three options, overview, spec and support....

my tpPLC utiity which shows my small home network has stopped working , the screen just shows an "F" like facebook with an " i " for information in it though i cant get any information - any ideas...
