@adalce2025 The hardware version is most likely 1.32, you can check the firmware version from the Deco app

@Lakshay Given than S4 V2 still don't support connection preference afaik, the only thing you can do is place the Decos farther & hope that the 2nd floor Deco connect to 1st floor Deco
