@Solla-topee got it fixed. It was a router lan port problem, replaced the router with new one and that helped to fix the issue.

After connecting to Airtel Wifi router, powerline LED goes on and OFF. if i connect another WIFI router, powerline works fine.. not sure where the problem is. Can some one suggest steps to fix this.
