@Solla-topee thanks for that. It's working now as it happens. Left it plugged in for an hour and then tried and it allowed me to connect.

I can't get it to connect to router. I press WPA button on router and then on extender but it doesn't flash at all. I have solid power light and it is next to router. Have also reset it and still...
