The Windows 8.1 driver actually doesn't install in Windows 10, only the Windows 8 one does, but it doesn't solve my problem

My T4U is also not working, it's showing as "limited connectivity" (which means no connectivity). Any ideas? The method in the link above doesn't work for me unfortunately.
