have you tried to use a USB hub in between the 3020 and the 3G card ?

Hello Telmo, I had the same problem with the 3420 and I solved it setting the APN and dial number manually: dial number: *99# APN: kanguru4g-corp.prtop it works without issues! Hope I helped Rui
