Solved by using fixed Wifi channel between my main router/AP and the RE210 range extender (solution given by TPLink support)

I had a similar loosing connection issue with another model (RE210). TPlink support told me to use fixed Wifi channel between my main router/AP and the extender. It has solved my problem.
