I think if you use MR3040 without battery, the router could be pretty unstable to work.

this problem occurred when LTE only connected, seems it cannot work totally within this kind network. maybe TP-LINK left out something?

some feature like Ping watch dog may help for this issue, unfortunately, the router cannot support such function now.
