Yeah, WPA2-PSK should be supported when setting up the WDS. If it is bug, you should feedback to the tp-link. To Joy, There is an option WPA-PSK/ WPA2-PSK on the WDS setup page.

Hum, I haven't encountered this kind of problem. You may have a try to set the dial no and APN (provided by your ISP) manually.
