Seems D5 just do not support adding VLAN ID in WAN connection setting page. Maybe you can try to add a VLAN ID in the IPTV's page.

As for S/N number, I mean the serial number of your machine. This surely a problem of the hardware.

Maybe you did not open the necessary port that PS4 need. Maybe you can try to enable DMZ.
