@Jvmd I'd be happy if they just issued firmware that binned the whole DHCP stuff completely... the old AV600 wifi stuff worked well but tje new stuff is A grade junk.

@Solla-topee rather stupidly I actually bought a TP-Link AV1300 pair, a TL-8010p and a TL-8030p to replace the BT mini connectors..... the problem is that the WPA8630p ... AND even the newer WPA8631p...

There are several AV1300 devices so I doubt that people have enough info to help you. I have an AV1300 kit but there were TWO devices in it a Standard Ethernet powerline device and a TL-WPA8630p dual...

@Solla-topee I have been suffering with the WPA8630p for about a year now, basically I couldn't figure out what the heck was going on when whenever this device is plugged in it killed my powerline...
