@TP-Link it is the v2 and I need to fix the red light bricked device issue on a 2 pack. It will take the supplier 21 days to replace the units. Is there no other way?

Hi I am trying to do the firmware upgrade fix for a bricked E4 and E4R. I cannot find the firmware for it. Please advise
