@terziyski Cheers! That's all I needed to know! I did wonder why we couldn't see many modem-only solutions. It seemed a waste to buy a router combo when we already had the router but such is life.

Need to replace our wee old dsl TP Link modem to work with an Archer c5400x router. I see a vast array of modem-routers but nothing which says modem only. Or at least nothing that seems to fit with...
