@Kevin_Z Been trying the port things and the subnet message pops up again. Eufy sent me this IP before: 103.91.159.28 I will ask them again if this is right.

@Kevin_Z yes that's the "support" for all I know the homebase doesn't get an IPadress from the router. Because when I look in the wired devices section of the router the homebase isn't there.

@Kevin_Z Hi Just got this reply. Does it make sense to you? "please make sure the router's TCP port 80, 443 and UDP port 0-65535 are open.

@Kevin_Z the problem lies indeed with the subnet. How do is change the subnet in the AX50?

@Kevin_Z the homebase has to be connected with an ethernet cable. I already tried different cables and different ports. I think the problem lies between my router and the homebase but don't know how...
