Ax50 not connecting to Eufy Homebase2
Ax50 not connecting to Eufy Homebase2
I bought Eufy security cameras. They require to have a wired connection with a Eufy Homebase 2. The archer AX50 doesn't see the homebase. I had to disable the firewall and enable DHCP but still no internet connection. All the ports are working because my other product still work. I really don't know how to fix this. Every review I read about eufy is that it's easy to install. Does anyone know what to do?

If that is the case, I still suggest you confirm with them again to confirm why the Homebase 2 doesn't show up in the router connected device list. If it cannot get an IP address successfully, it won't talk with the router nor connect to the internet. This needs to be verified and troubleshoot with Eufy camera support.

@Kevin_Z Been trying the port things and the subnet message pops up again.
Eufy sent me this IP before: 103.91.159.28
I will ask them again if this is right.
