Anyone? I know this question gets asked a lot but I have tried everything within them threads but still, I can't get the 5Ghz option to show.

I have my PC connected to my BT Disc network, which is carrying the signal from my router downstairs. I have full coverage on my PC and it says it's on a 5Ghz network. But, I don't have a 5ghz option...
