So it's all been fixed. Something about a cloud update they did that didn't allow for certain scenarios 🤷♂️

I had to buy a new router to replace an Ax5400 which had a hardware problem. I can't for the life of me get my homeshield subscription to work on the new router. I've tried factory resetting...

@Joseph-TP Thank you. I have sent the logs as requested. November showed no traffic usage at all (the preceding months also showed nothing) and December little to none also

@Joseph-TP tether is showing very inconsistent usage data - see attached screenshot which shows zero usage for the month of November. It shows this for many months. The usage has been anything but....
