Thanks - that was a good shout. The allocated IP was different to the one in the documentation so I've now been able to log in and change the security. Hoping that's the issue sorted now.

hi - I've jusr set up my new RE550 extender and my Apple devices warn me that the connection has weak security. I'd therefore like to update it to use WPA2(AES) but can't do this via the Tether app....
