@Philbert Sorry for the late reply, I've managed to fix it. What I did was I removed the vlan of the portal authentication in the switch ACL rules.

Pressed the refresh button, no luck. Removed it and added back in, same results.

This is the issue I'm facing right now. When I connect to the ssid it goes to a popup page and it says "Authentication failed because the connection to Omada Controller has been lost" and doesnt show...

Will the omada controller be able to manage my access points even if use an unmanaged switch like the TL-SG1008/TL-SF1024. Do I really need to use a compatible managed switch?
