Problem solved! I confused the IP & MAC Binding meaning, with DHCP Address Reservation. So, I added my IPs on DHCP and now everything is working!

So, I think the problem is that I have DHCP server on in conjunction with IP & MAC Binding. When I switch some IPs my phones did behave correctly (internet + route access) I will try to disable DHCP...
