@David-TP No, the pool is: 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.199. Static IP es: 192.168.1.11 (out of range). Ping is ok

@David-TP Hi, Have you submitted the Deco APP logs? No, How can I do that? For the clients- not showing in the "online list", were they in the offline list? or completely disappear from the Deco APP?...
