@Witchentree It happens sometimes even brand new units fail right out of the box. Glad support helped you and declared the unit doa and hopefully you can get it replaced asap

@Witchentree have you tried running an Ethernet backhaul with it yet? Try connecting it to your main x60 via Ethernet see if the light changes to green. If it does set it up see if it has a firmware...
