@Clive_A Doesn't solve the problem. The WAN shows as offline under the "online detection" section, but system status shows it as Link Up, so the router keeps trying to use the bad ISP until I go in...

Seems that failover doesn't work on the TL-ER620 if the connection is down but an IP is detected. It doesn't start working until I actually go in and totally disconnect the bad WAN.

Need more bandwidth.

@Clive_A More bandwidth is absolutely worth it even if we don't get more speed.

@Fae I signed up specifically to say that if the ER8411 gets LAG added to it, I'd buy it.
