tp-link support helped me. CyberGhost's OpenVPN didn't work. Removing "ncp-disable" line from the config file helped.

They add OpenVPN support but there is no options to add CA cert and other certs. Just one option to upload a config file and that's it. Doesn't work for me with one of the most popular VPN provider.
