@Navisurf Do you have Deco options where you live, or was there a specific reason you chose the HB710 over, say, the Deco BE85?

Are these brand new X55 units? When you reset, are you holding the recessed reset button for up to 10 seconds to fully initiate the reset? It's improbable all three would have the exact same failure...
