@Philbert thanks for the info. I've reverted back to the E4's and whilst I appreciate they're old tech, I can't really tell any difference (our broadband is the bottleneck), so I'll stick with them...

They'll have to go back I think :-( I can't justify £30 a year for ever so slightly faster WiFi.
