@David-TP I have been facing Satellite Deco Units Showing Offline in Deco App since firmware 1.7.0 but you guys fixed that in 1.6.2 beta firmware but this issue comes up again and still not fixed yet...

@screennamescree Yeah ik but maybe Backup feature is not supported when mixing Deco Units.

@David-TP Yeah most of the time Deco App shows satellite deco offline and my Ground Floor Bedroom is Ethernet Backhaul connected and even i faced this issue on AP Mode also. 😭😭

@Evian98 What's your Deco E4 hardware version and firmware version?

@screennamescree I think your backup is failed because of mixing new + old deco units in your network.

@Bert1986 What's your AC model? Both are same model? Have u tried after disable Mesh Technology from Deco App on your AC's ? You can create IoT Network for your IoT devices and then connect your AC's...
