The only way I managed to get the router on a 192.168.1.XXX address was by resetting it to factory settings. Everything I tried didn't work at all. Even disconnecting the modem and turning the router...

I tried changing the router to dsl modem but this way I have no internet at all. And if I try to change its ip to any 192.168.1.XXX adress, I get error 5003.

I can't change it right now because family is using it. I'll change it later and get back to you. Thanks for the replies.

So I should plug the modem on a LAN port instead of WAN?

Still gives me error 5003.
