one idea, you may give it a try to add a new rule to allow the specific domains, but i am not quite sure if it can work as expected.

is your printer driver installed properly on the computer? says you can print with no problem when connecting printer directly to computer.

what about the ISP dial number and APN, did you set them correctly? BTW, is your modem identified by the router? see instruction here, http://www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=269
