it seems that the usb dongle can not be recognized by the modem, have you ever checked the compatibility list see if your modem is tested compatible?

it's crucial to open the camera port on the modem and then use http://wan ip of the modem+ port number to view the camera from outside network. hopefully the link below helps....

the leds on the modem seem normal and should be working. possibly try to hard reset it by holding the reset button , then reconfigure it, entering all the correct ISP information including VPI/VCI....

it sounds like wireless problem, you may go to interface setup, wireless, make sure it;s activated, fix channel to 6/11. then check again.

i can only find E173s-2 under the compatibility list, possibly it;s incompatibility issue. why not send system log to tplink guys for further check

firstly, check if the MA 180 can be recognized and worked when plugged into the pc directly. secondly, do update the router firmware and reset it to factory defaults. thirdly,,,,no idea yet sorry
