@Marvin_S thanks for reply more details and PICs, I used LAN2 and rebooted the modem, I found speed limited then moved the PC's ethernet to LAN1, i found speed NOT limited i disabled and re-enabled...

I use td-w9960 and bandwidth control do not work well on lan port. i have to connect cable to the modem say on lan 1 then disable and re-enable bandwidth control fn. and to use lan 2 on another...
