I've given up on hopes of this being fixed. Its been years and they seem to pay zero attention to the forums. Next time i'll buy from a better company.

@SDGTR This is correct, the issue is ambient light being present and the camera not entering night mode to take advantage of these spotlight modes.

Because this would allow the user to have a dedicated screen for displaying their cameras 24/7, similar to traditional DVR setups. Sure the user can manage the cameras from a phone or tablet, however...
