It seems this one do not support access point mode, when open the FAQ [URL]http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1401.html Click on This Article Applies to, This model RE370K is not in the list.

Press the reset button for 10 seconds , then login to the interface of the extender, update the firmware first refer to the FAQ I send you before. then go to quick setup to reconfigure it
