Have you done any other settings on the kasa app? As far as I know, priority: timeout>schedule>away mode. I think you can email the picture to the support team for further help

The Usage is normal on my HS110 . What's the model.no and system of your phone ? Maybe you can test on another phone or contact tp-link support for help

How about client mode? connect the 702/802 to the client PC. In that case, the client and the server will be in the same network
