I’ve tried all the above no change! It just showed up one afternoon and comes and goes! Never anything but local and lost WiFi and cameo! Had my linked extender up but that’s been knocked off also!...

@Damienyip yes very same thing here and I have the ax 3000 with home shield and vpn ! But I contacted to, they just said it was a extender next to me that hadn't been setup! But I've lost my cameras!...
