@Solla-topee Thank you for this. So the only way his Deco can be "mesh" will be to reset the unit that is bound to my account. Guess will have to wait till I can travel to his home to do this for him.

Hello. I realise now why it doesn’t appear in the app on his phone. When I set the unit up here I used my own ID and not his. Don’t think I can change that from here - I am logged into the app here...
