I have managed to borrow a tp link sg1008p switch and this is working with the x50.

@David-TP im not sure why but it has started working with my laptop, however the switch does not work? I use the switch for home cinema equipment?

I have tried another switch connected via ethernet, but that did nothing as well so have requested a return to amazon.

Hi Can anyone advise as to why when i connect a switch to the ethernet ports on my x50 5g nothing happens? Literally nothing, no lights zero zilch ..
