Basic speed test on iPhone connected to TL-WPA4220 V5 yesterday afternoon

Hi, I've got a TL-WPA4220 V5 AV600 that appears to be capped at 10Mbps for all connected devices. Is there a fix? I just updated the firmware version and that didn't help. Am I missing something...
