The HDD is a WD 4TB NTFS formatted drive. When I plug it in, the green light at the back of the router goes on but when I enter the menu go to USB storage and click on scan, the drive is not visible....

Model : Hardware Version : Firmware Version : ISP : It seems that my Archer 7 Router does not support Plug and Play USB for HDDs. When I connect my WD Elements HDD and click on scan, nothing happens....
