I have found it It turns out it was a Access Control issue I had it turned on in allow list and my parent router wasn't on the list. Join it on the list and it is working fine now. Didn't know it...

I turned off DHCP server on AX1800, but the problem is still there. My main router is a Mikrotik router, other access points don't seem to have an issue with it when they're directly connected.
