Dear @David-TP please find tge attachment, however i have bot changed any setting in the deco since i installed. Hopefully you could assist me with tgis issue

My deco x55 suddenly become solid red light on, however the internet still working find however only the app shows off the decos off line, still to restart & re create the network still same issue.
