Just to conclude this I've managed to fix it although I have no idea how. I actually purchased an AX95 second hand and was setting up to find it did exactly the same thing on the upload cap.... Ended...

Ok so we are getting somewhere. I tried just the AX53 as the main router connected alone and this seems to work much better and I reached upload speed of 80mbps. Which suggests something in the setup...

Update - I’ve got the backhaul to work as I saw the 53 has a beta firmware on here and that’s sorted that bit! Just need to know what I can do about my upload speeds if anyone knows?
