I am note behind cgnat, i have public ip starting from 149.210.x.x. Also creating a new dial-up profile, i changeg pdp type to ipv4 only, but internet keeps disconnected

Hello, I have TL-MR100 which is stuck to dyndns connecting.. My wan ip is dynamic, My ISP Provider is Cosmote. I tried reboot, disable/enable dyndns, changed username pwd etc... but the problem exist.
