@David-TP Hi David, it is connected to IoT WiFi which cannot select channels. It is already at high capacity mode since the two units are connected via wired backhaul.

I brought the set of 2 from Amazon last week and it came with latest firmware but my nest camera (two outdoor) still go offline from time to time. The cameras are connected to the 2.4Ghz IoT network....
