Create 5 PPTP tunnels.Use different login/password...One tunnel could set max 10 clients, for your 3 or 4 clients, it's enough.

Different WANs couldn't use just one ip. Link backup needs setting,in "Load Balance"

URL Filtering Rule, choose "any" as object,that means it affects the whole lan.

Use URL filter, block the domain you want.. And I remember v1 firmware is Ok on v2.
