@Joseph-TP i cant access the app on my pc and still cant use the phone one no matter what I try. So I have spent money on a range extender that I cannot use

@woozle thanks for the ideas. I haven't changed anything in the accessibility section. I tried it without the vpn and that didn't work either.

I can't beyond th welcome page of the app. I press the button to accept the terms and nothing happens.
