Try turning off Intrusion Protection and see if it works. There are a few issues with intrusion protection at the moment blocking 3rd party LAN requests

@Dugguh Pretty sure this is a fairly wide spread issue. TP-Link yesterday asked me to try again on 29th Oct as they did a fix on the back end but it still happening (asked to Reboot Deco which I did)...

@holsen1 Intrusion Protection is blocking a number of things on the LAN since the recent FW upgrade Check for Firewall logs and send the screenshots to them and post here if you can Similar reports...

@HelpFixDecoApp Hi yes thats the workaround I used already to diagnose the problem is firewall based on the Deco. However its not suitable for long term design. Its blocking local LAN traffic as well...
