Cant Access Internet With Homeshield Activated
I've had homeshield active for 1 week.
I have 22 Devices on the network
My main PC is is hardwired by Cat 6 to the main deco router
This morning I got notice of intrusion prevention being triggered on the ip address of my desktop PC now I cant acess the internet on that PC without disabling intrusion prevention and IoT Protection.
I don't see any quarantined devices, the network (Deco App) shows the PC connected to the nework by ethernet, yet all access to the internet is restricted. Disabling Intrusion Prevention restored my connection to the outside world. How do I reset things to go back to normal operation - otherwise the free trial is over and the pending subscription is canceled.
I'd be grateful if someone could help me understand what is going on and how to fix it.
