@Frank-R Hi Frank, I contacted support and they sent a revised firmware for my vacuum. It's now working great, it turns of the stairs sensors when you mark a rug on the map.

I can't get my vacuum to go into a rug with a black edge. I have the latest firmware. I understand this is because of the dropoff sensors. I saw another thread that said they maybe some beta software...
