I updated the firmware, but it did not solve the problem. I took it back to the shop and got a new one. The new one worked perfectly. Thanks.

I have the same problem with my WR849N, V4 Firmware version 0.9.1 3.16 v004c.0 Build 170122 Rel.56399n. I updated the firmware recently and restored factory settings, but the problem still occurs....
